Handling Returns

  • Megamaree’s Responsibility: We stand by our products. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect—such as damaged materials, faulty components, or if there is a significant discrepancy between what you received and what was described on our site—we will take full responsibility and work with you to provide an appropriate remedy.

  • Customer-Initiated Returns: If the return is due to a change of heart, or if you simply selected the wrong size or color, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Your Return

When sending items back to us, we recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking. This protects your package during transit. Please ensure your order number is clearly marked on or inside the package so our warehouse team can identify your return without delay.

Processing Your Refund
