How can I track my order?
Once your package is on its way, we will send a shipping confirmation email to the address you provided at checkout. This email will include your tracking link. You can click this link at any time to see the latest updates on your shipment's journey.
Can I change my order after it's placed?
Our team works hard to pack and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Because we aim for speed, we usually cannot modify orders once they are submitted. We kindly suggest taking a quick look at your order details before hitting the final "Submit" button.
What is your return process?
If you aren't completely happy with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return in line with our Return Policy. Items must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached. Please note that items marked as "final sale" or "clearance" are generally not eligible for return. While we don't offer direct exchanges, if your return is approved, we will work with you to process a refund or another suitable remedy.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
If your favorite item is sold out, don't worry! We frequently restock popular products. We recommend signing up for our restock notifications so you’ll be the first to know when it becomes available again.
I realized I made a mistake with my shipping address. Can you fix it?
Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your address. If your order hasn't left our facility yet, we will do our best to update it for you. Once the order has been packed or handed to the carrier, we are unfortunately unable to change the delivery details.
I received an incorrect or damaged item. What should I do?
We strive for perfection, but sometimes mistakes happen. If your item is damaged or not what you ordered, please let us know within 30 days of receiving your package. Include your order number, the item name, and a few clear photos of the issue. Our team will review the details and make it right for you.
I forgot to apply my discount code. Can I still use it?
If you missed the chance to use a promo code during checkout, please send us an email with your order number and the code you intended to use. We will review your order and assist you wherever possible.
